Create a New Licensed User Profile

 

Select the Click Here to Register hyperlink on the ILMS Customer Portal Logon page.

1. Select the Yes option if associated with electrical, plumbing or mechanical trade contractor.
2. Enter your License Trade Number.
3. Click the Submit button to continue the registration process.

1. Click No to the licensed contractor user registration option.
2. Click Yes to the Texas State Licensed Engineering Firm option.
3. Enter your Engineering Firm License Number.
4. Click the Submit button. Click here to see the registration process.

1. Click No to the licensed contractor user registration option.
2. Click No to the Texas State licensed engineering firm registration option.
3. Click Yes to the iPermits Advanced Payment Account registration option.
4. Enter your Advanced Payment Account Number.
5. Click the Submit button to continue the registration process.

1. Select a Licensee or company associated with the license number entered on the previous screen.
2. Enter the email address associated with the license selected above.
3. Enter the iPermits PIN. If you DO NOT know the pin number, select the PIN Override box.
4. If you are the license holder and are creating a user profile for yourself, select the 'This is my license. Do not restrict user access' option. This will allow you full access rights to the iPermits Customer Portal
5. • If you are creating a user profile for a staff member, select the 'Restrict web portal access rights to my license' option. This will limit the user's activity to your license details.
6. Enter your new user ID in the User ID field. Your user ID will be used to login to the iPermits Customer Portal. You can also login with your email address.
7. Enter your new password in the Password field.
8. Enter your password once again to confirm.
9. Enter your first, middle and last name in the appropriate fields.
10. Enter your phone number in the Phone Number field.
11. Enter your fax number, if applicable. This is optional.
12. Enter your full mailing address, with street address, city, state and zip code.
13. Enter your company name in the Company Name field.
14. Once you have entered your information, click the Submit Add button to create your iPermits profile.

 

NOTE: The PIN Override option will allow you to continue with the registration process but will email the company's administrator in order to activate this user profile and complete registration.

 

 

1. Verify that Engineering Firm Name Information is correct.
2. Enter the iPermits PIN.
   • If you DO NOT know the pin number, select the PIN Override box.
3. If you are the license holder and are creating a user profile for yourself, select the 'This is my license. Do not restrict user access' option.
4. • If you are creating a user profile for a staff member, select the 'Restrict web portal access rights to my license' option.
5. Enter your new user ID in the User ID field. Your user ID will be used to login to the iPermits Customer Portal. You can also login with your email address.
6. Enter your new password in the Password field.
7. Enter your password once again to confirm.
8. Enter your first, middle and last name in the appropriate fields.
9. Enter your phone number in the Phone Number field.

11. Enter your full mailing address, with street address, city, state and zip code.
12. Enter your company name in the Company Name field.
13. Click the option to affirm that the information in this application is true and correct. If this is not the case, discontinue with the application to create a user profile.
14. Once you have entered your information, click the Submit Add button to create your iPermits profile.
