ILMS Renewable Permit Statement Review

You can view Renewable Permit Statements using the ILMS Contractor Portal. Your statement number is located on the statement given to you by the city.

To access the Renewable Permit Statement Review screen:

 

1. Login to the ILMS Customer Portal.
2. Select a customer or contractor from the drop down list.
3. Click the ILMS Renewable Permit Statement Review button.

 

To view a Renewable Permit Statement:

 

1. After selecting a contractor on the Contractor Online Service Menu, click the ILMS Renewable Permit Statement Review button.
2. Enter the statement number in the Statement # field, as indicated below.
3. Click the Submit button.
4. Verify statement details.
