Logging in to the iPermits Web Portal 

The iPermits Customer Portal allows you to access information relating to your projects, request inspections, check inspection and plan review status. You can also review and update contractors attached to your user profile. The iPermits web portal is located on the City of Houston web page and can be accessed from any computer with internet access.

If you are a registered iPermits user: 

 

1. Enter your user name in the User Name field.
2. Then enter your password.
3. Click the Submit button to complete the login process.

 

If you are a first time user:

 

You must add and register a user profile to access the web portal. Click here for more information.

 

 

If you are a current user and have forgotten your user name or password:

 

 

1. Click the Click Here link to have a password reminder sent to your registered email address.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Click the Email Me button.
4. Once you have received the password reminder, enter your user name and password to login to the ILMS Customer Portal Logon.
