Office of the City Engineer Plan Review Application

 

1. Login to the iPermits Customer Portal.
2. Click the Office of the City Engineer Plan Review Application button on the iPermits Online Service Menu.

 

 

1. Click the Begin New Application button. Click here to see this step.
2. Describe the proposed development.
3. Enter the number of sheets in the Number of Sheets field.
4. Select whether the development is inside city limits or outside city limits.
5. Select the County from the drop down list.
6. Select the Applicant from the drop down list.
7. Enter the mailing address, including city, state and zipcode.
8. Enter a contact name in the Contact field.
9. Enter the contact's phone number. Use numeric digits only.
10. Enter an alternate phone number, if necessary.
11. Enter an email address.
12. Enter the Engineer of Record's name in the Engineer of Record field.
13. Enter the phone number.
14. Enter the email address.

 

 

 

1. Select whether the applicant is an individual or corporation/firm. If the Applicant is owner, select the applicant is owner box.
2. Enter the Owner's name, in Last, First, and Middle format.
3. Enter their mailing address, inclding street, city state, and zip code. If additional information such as unit is needed, enter the unit.
4. Enter the contact name.
5. Enter the contact's primary and alternate phone numbers.
6. Enter the owner's email address.
7. Click the Save and Continue button to continue the application process.

 

 

1. After entering Applicant and Owner Information, click the Finalize Application button.
2. Click the OK button to finalize the application.
3. OR click Cancel to cancel the application.

 

NOTE: Once you finalize the application, you cannot make any changes to the application content.

 

 

1. Select the sales order for payment.
2. To pay with an Advanced Payment Account, click the Charge this to my APA Account button.
3. To make an online payment with a credit card or electronic check, click the Make Online Payment via Credit Card or Electronic Check button.
