Plan Revision for an Existing Project

 

1. From the iPermits Online Service menu, click the Building Permit Application button. Click here to view this step.
2. Once on the Electronic Building Permit Applications page, review existing applications, as needed.
3. Click the Begin New Application button.

 

 

 

1. Enter the existing project number.
2. Click Submit Click here to see this step.
3. Review the project details.
4. If this is the correct project number, click the Begin the Plan Revision Project Application Process button.

 

 

 

Note: Depending on your answers to each question, you may be ineligible for a project revision. Click here to see an example of this scenario. Click the Submit button to continue if you do not qualify for a revision.

 

1. Select Yes or No for each question below.
2. If you qualify for a project revision, click here for more on how to configure fees and pay for the plan review.
3. Click the Submit button to continue.

Once you qualify for a project revision, a sales order will be created for a plan revision permit. To view a sales order, click the sales order button. Click here to view an example.

 

1. Check the Select to Pay box to select the sales order.
2. Click a method of payment from the options listed.
