Process Credit Card Payment

 

1. Login to the Customer Portal.
2. Select customer from the drop down list.
3. Click the Review Your Recent Shopping Cart Entries button.

 

 

The iPermits Shopping Cart Management screen lists all shopping carts you are currently monitoring in the Customer Portal.

 

Click on the appropriate Shopping Cart Number button to select for payment.

1. Click the Select To Pay checkbox for the sales order that is pending payment.
2. Click the Recalculate button to calculate the total amount due.
3. Click the Make Online Payment via Credit Card or Electronic Check button

NOTE: Depending on the type of purchase, this data will be printed on the City issued permit documents. This information must be accurate and up to date.

 

1. Select Individual or Corporation or Firm credit card holder type. Click here to view this step.
2. Enter the payer name.
3. Enter the complete billing address associated with the credit card account.
4. Click the Update Payer Information button to save contact information. Click here to view this step
5. Click the Continue the Credit Card Payment Process button to enter credit card payment details.
6. Click OK to begin the credit card payment process. The shopping cart contents will be locked. You will not be able to make changes or resubmit a payment request until the shopping cart is unlocked at 5 am. Click here to see this warning.

1. Select the Credit/Debit Card payment method option.
2. Enter your credit card number.
3. Click the Continue button to process payment.

 

 

1. Enter the cardholder name as it appears on the credit card.
2. Select the month and year of expiration date of the credit card.
3. Click the Yes button to save this account. This action will create a payment account for you using the Chase website.
   • Click the No button if you do not want your account information saved.
4. In the Card Billing Address section, select the Use Profile Address as Billing Address option to use the billing address associated with your user profile.
   • You can also select the Use New Billing Address Entered Below option. If selected, enter the full billing address associated with the credit card being used.
5. Click the Continue button to continue with the payment process.

 

 

1. Review your account and billing details.
2. Enter your email address in the Email Address field. This is a required field.
3. If you would like an email confirmation sent to your email address, select the Email Confirmation option.
4. Enter the 3 digit code on the back of your credit card.
5. Click the Confirm button to process payment. Once your payment is processed, the shopping cart will be marked as paid. To see this, click here.
