Review Inactive and Expired Projects

You can use the Review Inactive and Expired Projects screen to view all projects associated with your account that are either inactive or expired. Upon completion of a project, contractors must obtain final inspection before the project can be finaled.

Overdue : Projects without inspection activity for 120 days or more are considered overdue projects.
- If a project is classified as overdue, the contractor has between 120 and 180 days to obtain a final inspection without incurring reactivation charges.
Lapsed: After 180 days of inactivity, a project lapses. Once a project has lapsed, the city imposes a charge to reactivate the project.
Expired: Expiration of projects occur after 365 days of inactivity.
