User Project Management - List Maintenance

 

1. Login to iPermits.
2. Enter the date range.
3. Enter a license number or type in the License Number and Type fields. OR select the customer from the drop down list.
4. Click the User Project Management - List Maintenance button.

 

 

1. Click the Project Class List button.
2. Select a project class from the list.
3. Click the Refresh List button. This will reflect the selected project class.

NOTE: To view projects you are currently monitoring that belong to a different project class, select another project class from the drop down list. Then click the Refresh List button to display a list of projects. This will reflect the newly selected project class.

 

 

1. Navigate to the iPermits User Project Management screen.
2. Click the project number button to view project details.

1. Navigate to the iPermits User Project Management screen.
2. Select the New Project Class type if you are adding projects that fall under a new class.
3. Enter a project number in the project list fields.
4. Click the Update button.

 

 

1. Navigate to the iPermits User Project Management screen.
2. Select the Project Class List type.
3. Select a Project Class type from the drop down list.
4. Enter a project number in the project list fields.
5. Click the Update button.

 

 

1. Navigate to the iPermits User Project Management screen.
2. Click the Delete This Project checkbox to select the project, as indicated below.
3. Click the Update button to process the deletion request.
