* PLEASE NOTE THAT IMPACT FEE EXEMPTION DOES NOT APPLY TO THIS PROJECT AS
THERE ARE NO IMPACT FEES DUE; COMPLY WITH VALIDATION REQUEST AS INDICATED
IN THE LETTER.
1) PER WCR LETTER, VALIDATION MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN (6) MONTHS FROM THE
DATE OF THIS LETTER AND PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT BY EMAILING
THE WCR LETTER AND THE COMPLETED VALIDATION FORM TO WCRTECHS@HOUSTONTX.GOV
* Please note, signing the validation form and directly uploading that into
ProjectDox is not validating the letter. You must sign the validation form
and submit the wcr letter with that form to the Impact Fee Administration
department so that process can be completed. Once you receive the validated
form that includes city signature and an assigned validation #, upload that
into ProjectDox and resubmit.
* THE WCR UPLOAD DONE ON 10/11/2021 CONTAINS A VALIDATION FORM THAT HAS NOT
BEEN COMPLETED BY IMPACT FEE ADMINISTRATION; PLEASE SEE COMMENT BELOW FOR
VALIDATION REQUIREMENT / PROCESS.
- TO EXPEDITE PLAN REVIEW, INCLUDE ALL WCR DOCUMENTATION -
WHERE APPLICABLE, ALL PAGES OF WCR LETTERS, COMPLETED VALIDATION FORM,
WATER & WASTEWATER IMPACT / APPLICATION FEE RECEIPTS AND ANY REQUIRED
DOCUMENTS CALLED OUT IN THE WCR LETTER MUST BE UPLOADED IN PROJECTDOX
WITHIN THE UTILITY LETTER FOLDER.
Provide a response sheet addressing each item listed above with the
location
where each correction can be found. Further modifications may be necessary
upon re-submittal once requested information is received and changes are
reviewed. Oversight does not constitute approval.
* All missing wcr documents, drawings or revised drawings will need to be
uploaded prior to the next submittal as ProjectDox does not allow new
uploads while the project is in the review phase.
